At The Healing Path Day Spa we believe healing is a process, and to truly see if flotation therapy is something for you we
recommend at least 3 sessions of flotation therapy. It takes a few sessions to build comfortability in the pod and to be able to do so requires practice. Once you
do, the possibilities of what your brain can do is miraculous.Even though your body is relaxed to the point that’s even deeper than sleep, your brain remains awake and dreamily alert, just above the threshold of sleep. Without any stimulation in the brains way, it has time to slow down and chill from our hectic, every day distractions.
